Why this matters
The challenges senior leaders quietly carry
Decades of expertise no longer guarantee what they once did. The leaders who continue to thrive are the ones who reinvest in how they think, decide and lead — at every stage.
- Adapting to changing workplace dynamics and new generations of talent
- Maintaining relevance and confidence amid technological disruption
- Managing uncertainty and inflection points in your career
- Balancing ambition, well-being and personal priorities
- Building resilience that sustains performance — without burnout
Program flow
A guided 75-minute journey
The session is designed as a working conversation — not a lecture. You will leave with a framework, a self-assessment, and a daily practice.
Introduction
Setting the context for resilience as a leadership capability after 50.
Root cause of stress
Understanding where pressure really originates — and why experience alone doesn't dissolve it.
The Life Wheel exercise
A structured self-audit across the dimensions that shape a senior leader's life.
The mind as a system
How thought, emotion and behaviour interact — and what that means for sustained performance.
Self-assessment
A guided exercise drawing on emotional intelligence to surface your current state honestly.
Identifying & expressing your uniqueness
Recognising the distinct value only you bring — and how to lead from it.
Resilience through inner alignment
The AQ (Alignment Quotient) view: why alignment, not effort, is the source of durable strength.
Daily practice & accountability
A simple practice — and an accountability partner model — to carry the work beyond the session.
